Pastor Wright, you got it all Wrong

In early September 2021, I drove with you from Miami to Atlanta to Buffalo to bring you to your mom like she asked (there after a work assignment ended) and for us to spend time with my family and friends. But after I dropped you off, she didn’t answer my calls, texts, or allow me to have my court-ordered time with you in person or video chat.

So I went to see you on Sep 19, which was my designated court-ordered time with you. Your grandpa claimed he didn’t know it was my time with you and promised to let me see you soon. But your mom continued to ignore me. At one point, she claimed to be taking a (non-compliant) vacation, which also violated the court order by scheduling it during my time with you. I waited in Buffalo for a month, hoping for a chance to pick you up, but she didn’t reply. That was the last contact I’d have with you for another month or so before I got the Emergency Child Pickup Order.

I ended up requesting wellness checks and discovered that she had taken you back to Florida but didn’t bother to tell me and lied about her address there. Making it nearly impossible to petition the court to enforce the custody order.
